      Big Mistake Watch Out!

      Pros

      Not many pros. Small company environment if you consider that a good thing.

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate. No training involved. No room to grow. Terrible benefits and vacation time. They don’t invest or care about their employees. When people quit or leave, they act like nothing happened and they refuse to inform colleagues about it even though the company has maybe 25 employees. That number has been decreasing ever since I started. I have seen 8 people leave ranging from new hires to people who have been there for years. It’s the type of place where they will tell you what you want to hear but in reality it’s only going to benefit them. People are not happy at work. People talk behind each other’s backs. The commission structure is a joke, you will never make any money here. I closed several perm deals including 185k deal. They are reluctant to pay. Company culture can be very toxic- The people who are at the top make all the money. Overall company culture is not positive. It was the biggest mistake of my life.

We offer our employees a competitive salary, generous commission package, PTO, employer contributions to our employees' medical benefits and 401k plans. This business takes years to learn and master. Unfortunately, this business is not for everyone. We are sad to hear you think this is the biggest mistake of your life. We hope as you move on in your professional career, you realize how much Top Prospect Group truly cared and invested in you, both personally and professionally.

      Pros

      There's a nice coffee place downstairs :)

      Cons

      They treat their employees like garbage. They underpay, disrespect, undermine, belittle and take advantage of their employees. You will NOT see commission, you will be asked to work overtime when upper management never works onsite. They are snakes. I saw some of their most "loyal" employees come and go because the place is TOXIC. They will use you until your burnt out and then dispose of you.. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!

      Glad you liked the coffee … We are a sales organization that pays a base salary (not a draw) AND pays commission after meeting financial goals. Those goals are very attainable for people who are motivated, passionate and have a desire to be financially independent. People leave our firm or are terminated for one reason - They lack the drive.

      They have crappy jobs

      Pros

      Nice all women owned company, they have lots to learn about the job market, the need to get better contracts in the tech industry, they may survive by sending secretaries to small offices of large Companies, it is good thing I didn't consider the worthwhile.

      Cons

      Crappy jobs, they are all trainees in the recruiting industry, don't believe they will do much to find you a job, they don't and leave you waiting for their help.
