Very high pressure to meet established sales goals that have been set by senior management. Absolutely no work-life balance. You can expect to give up PLT and work very long hours. The branch staff is always in transition because they hire mostly part time people at the branch level who move on when something better comes along. That situation puts you in a position of working short handed almost all of the time. It’s exhausting.

-Managers and everyone under them are paid A LOT less than what other financial institutions pay their employees -Annual raises are extremely low even with a great performance review, and don't take inflation into consideration -The lower you are on the totem pole the less important you are -Favoritism within HR and other internal departments -Poor and unorganized bonus structure -Not much opportunity for advancement/growth since they tend to hire from outside the company vs promoting from within -Unorganized training -Stressful
