Monotonous job....although u learn a lot as a beginner, there's lack of vertical growth due to almost flat hierarchy, Low-end salary compared to industry standard, Annual bonus not linked with employee's individual performance...it is linked to whole company's performance which means that even if u slog hard whole year, u may not get anything at year end due to bad management decisions. To top it all, HR division is really incompetent and unprofessional. You get misleading information suiting to their convenience. Policies are not transparent and they don't care about employee's grievance redressal

But, it is not likely the right company if you're looking for significant advancement. Since the change-over of top management in 2013 following the passing of the company's founder, Haldor Topsoe, the management style has shifted from being employee-focused and products/service-driven to being money-focused and fear-driven. This is unfortunate because the new management style has taken the enjoyment and teamwork out of the job and replaced it with dredgery, micromanagement, and distrust.
