      Cons

      • Absolutely NO accountability, so nothing really changes for the better • HR department is extremely unprofessional • Lots of talk, but very minimal follow through • Production department will employ just about anybody - regardless if they've violated GMPs/company policy • HR department is extremely unprofessional • Most departments seem complacent with the "way it's always been done" • More work and effort goes into putting 'band-aids' on things, rather than ACTUALLY solving problems • HR department is extremely unprofessional

      Local business with a rich history.

      Cons

      Too much petty politics going on. Dense "boot-licking" vibe coming from co-workers and management. My biggest problem working here was it seemed like the company/colleagues frowned upon you if you were to use PTO or take any time off which is quite toxic if you ask me. Obviously, the pay wasn't enough to earn a living even back in that time. Deal breaker for me is being ignored by top management. Sure, they say wanted employee feedback but once we shared it there was never a follow up afterwards.

      Pros

      Decent health and 401K benefits. Legacy people with good intentions. State of the art manufacturing facility.

      Cons

      Top management heavy. Lack of real people to do the job. Lack of system integration. Heavy spreadsheet driven for data and analysis. Lack of strong structural foundation. Fire drills are a norm not an exception for day to day functions.
