- Pay is the only thing I can think of that is a little lower than industry. The bonus makes up for it though

They hire only for summer while they say it will be permanent position. They need to count inventory every year in summer time due to weather as they can't count it in winter. So they tell you that they hire you permanently while they won't. Also a racist team of French women and some indian Pakistanis juniors with lack of culture.

Wages could have been a bit higher

We do conduct a lot of meetings, which are valuable, but this can take time away from accomplishing personal goals. But the team is always ready to assist!
