      Pros

      When a contract ends TQS always tries to find a new spot for you within their small company. Their HR manager is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. She cares very much for employees and their well-being as well as their employment. I felt they didn’t give her enough credit.

      Cons

      It’s hard for small businesses to be awarded large government contracts.

      Pros

      The support, loyalty, and compassion they have for their employees is unprecedented. To other companies, an employee is just a number but here, their family! And as the company goes thru ups and downs, during the down time, they stay true to their word by holding onto their employees...who does that? I feel very blessed being an employee of this great company!

      Cons

      HR rep is very negative and has too much influence on how things should be run around here and whom she thinks should be employed here. She has way too much time on her hands and should be given other responsibilities that would justify her being a full-time employee as the company could easily get away with having a part-time HR rep. Outside of her, everyone is delightful to work with!
