Hiring and firing is rife nothing is secure Greedy management cutting back on everything CEO Is never heard or seen what's he doing? Toxic culture constantly worried if I'll have a job day after day.

- Genuinely hardworking teams - Really great product - Pays well, all things considered

Cons

- Has really gone downhill since VC buyout - Redundancies - Management are reactive not proactive - Increasingly demanding client base - Increased workload due to mismanagement of internal QA practices - No internally communicated goal other than to increase revenue - Mismanagement of clients - CRMs too happy to just ignore clients and/or pass blame

Recently got investment so quite cash rich. Old school people good. Branding going down the right path. Decent salary.

Cons

Since investment 6 months ago the company has gone through a lot of change however they cannot fix the out dated product that is totara. Quite a toxic culture for everyone involved.
