Pros
- Amazing flexibility, no requirement to go to the office and you can work from ANYWHERE you want, as long as there are no conferences (for sales team) - Best people you will ever meet, making office environment light and fun when more people show up. - Free drinks and often paid lunches. - opportunity to learn from many different teams - management always happy to feedback and they are very open about business as a whole. - Great work/ life balance
Cons
Low pay for sales, mainly compared to other companies. No benefits like health insurance and whatnot - but honestly the flexible working trumps everything for me.
