Manager was flexible always showed empathy. Salary & benefits good. Being part of the team always being involved in projects. Feeling valued. Massive company growth in 12 months.

Cons

Constant changes in targets. Sometimes feeling pressured to hit results. No HR support. Senior management not understanding the customer needs.

Good Business to work for, very pleasant management, They are flexible to work and a ultimately productivity orientated.

Cons

Company is going through a growth spurt which is quicker than it is able to keep up with (HR terms) sometimes causing complications in some instances and some new staff get quickly disheartened that are not totally informed on the company culture.
