Pros

Absolutely None! Stay away from this place!

Cons

This place is a nightmare and should be shut down entirely. Let's start with the illegal things this company is doing : they hire employees with no employment papers (to avoid getting caught they pay them per diem to avoid paying federal and state tax and even better they let employees use other individuals social security cards), the employees get harassed by the management (Office ladies have been called various names and screamed at (literally), and finally the owners of this company discriminate against all other racist and sexist (the owner asked the HR manager to look for a pretty girl for a secretary..she had to look at the internet before calling for an interview). Now for the maybe not illegal things yet definitely red flags....every time there are meetings in the office the ladies must wear sexy outfits (no sure if they are trying to lure the clients in by having girls), the owner never even bothers to say hello just simply stares you down, the pay is horrible for all positions (well unless you want to avoid the government (taxes), no one speaks any English, and finally the owners changes policies on a daily basis. Please stay away from this place...any job pays better than this and you get treated like a person and not a slave.

Thank you for your review, however we strongly disagree with your comments. We have been in business for over 11 years and comply with all state and federal regulations and laws and we perform work in over 20 states making managing our business even more complex. Per diem pay is a daily allowance to employees to cover their travel costs, this is not their wage, and we are fully compliant with IRS regulations. We do not discriminate and fully comply with all EEO regulations. We are very proud of our safety program and training, and provide a very safe work environment for our employees in complete compliance to OSHA regulations. Not only is this important to us but our customers also require this and audit our safety program and results.

Pros

None. Really, none. Stay away. Any of the good reviews you see here are fake. Posted by one of the cronies, owners or coerced

Cons

Owners are a joke that should probably take a course in business management and communication. The people they put in place for "Senior management" have no clue what they are doing. The project managers they used to have could outperform their senior management with both eyes closed and one hand tied behind their back. They would need one hand to type, otherwise they could do it with both hands tied. Everyone runs around like a chicken with his head cut off because there is no concrete direction or communication and that is the way they like it. There is no change that is implemented when suggested even though it is common sense and would improve processes. They fire great people and some of the ones that were there for years get tired of the ridiculousness and leave on their own. Many of the people that work here don't have a choice because they don't have their green card and so are hired as "contractors". They have to put food on the table and so they take the abuse. They treat the people that work in the field like they are dirt. They work them to the bone because they don't have rights. They make you work 50 hours during the week at the office. They have cameras everywhere to make sure you get there on time and leave no earlier than 5 PM and then you end up working after you get home. You will work weekends if you make it to Construction Manager or Project Manager level, there is no rest for you if you. I am also pretty sure they have the whole office tapped for audio as they are paranoid about what everyone says behind their back. They put in place a set of ridiculous rules that make you think you are 5 years old. Get ready to feel that way if you work here. You will be screamed at, mocked, ignored and definitely treated in a passive aggressive manner. All this just to keep their lavish lifestyle of luxury exotic cars and their multi million dollar house while paying their field employees pennies. They demand huge margins on their projects so that they can reap all the benefits and not give anything back to their employees. If you get promised anything during the interview or employment on-boarding get it all on paper otherwise you will not get any of it. The "President" is delusional and seems to change his mind on things nearly daily, preaching communication and teamwork when he doesn't know the meaning. People that should be promoted are passed up and the ones that should be rewarded are not. They have their pets and those specific people get special treatment so if you are not part of it, prepare to be discriminated against. They Run this place like "Mother Russia" and that approach will not work here. The ship is sinking and you should probably not jump on it.

Thank you for your review. None of the positive reviews are fake and no one is coerced to provide a review as you noted. In fact the opposite is the case, Glassdoor has not been on our radar screen until very recently, hence, the late employer responses to employee reviews. We discovered that Glassdoor is now being widely used by people searching for employment and we are adding employer information to our TCE Glassdoor page to better inform potential candidates of who we are and what we are all about to help us attract the most accomplished and talented new employees to help drive our growth. We have recently unveiled a 3 year vision to become the best tower services vendor in the telecommunications industry for our employees and our customers. This is no small task and requires a very coordinated effort by all our departments and will impact every facet of our business. Our goal is to become an Employer of Choice in our industry. We are evaluating every facet of our business and challenging ourselves to come up with more effective processes that will positively impact our employees, operations, and customers. Improved communications and leadership development are at the forefront of our improvement initiatives. We feel we offer our employees an excellent opportunity to learn, develop and advance their skills and compensation all within the exciting and rapidly growing wireless communications industry. In the 4th quarter of 2017 we are proud to have sent a number of our crews to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands to help restore wireless communications after the devastating hurricanes. Bottom line is that the past-is-the-past, what we can control is the future and we are taking a highly proactive approach to becoming the best tower services vendor in the telecommunications industry.

Pros

Good Pay. They have insurance and cover most of it.

Cons

The insurance is terrible. The management has no training. The owners are too proud to change anything, take care of their employees, care about what others have to say. They don't like to keep Americans around because many workers are Eastern European and they speak Russian much of the time. It's a headache.
