Trace has made the mistake of hiring bullies and then promoting them to management positions. In my case, a reorganization placed me under such a bully. My second day working for him he wrote me up for minor things that had happened before I worked for him. He would take my picture in the office and then share it with other people without my permission. He started to give me impossible poorly described tasks that were out of my area and then when I was unable to complete them to his expectations, he would once again write me up. This was classic bullying behavior where a manager decides to pick on someone who is working for them. The HR team at Trace had to see what was going on and yet they took no action. Other managers in the office saw what was going on and yet they didn't step in to help. I ended up leaving -- no need to stay around and be bullied. I can't recommend anyone go to work for Trace because of the chance that you could find yourself in a similar situation.

The owners of the company will allow a employee to be a manager over someone they are dating and living with so, no fair treatment is possible. There is no use in complaining to HR because the owners (all who are VP's and CEO's) does not care they will cover it up to make it look like the employee works under another manager, but they really don't. A lot of turn over at this company.
