      Very little focus on employees and their development

      Pros

      Flexibility and work life balance. Better than average pay. Travel opportunities. Stacked kitchen. Travel between the UK and the States

      Cons

      Micromanagement is the way to succeed here No benefits except the basic pay. It is the less meritocratic environment I've been in. One's contribution is not appreciated. This leads to a very high employee churn rate. You can sometimes feel you are an environment where you are pushed to make money for the higher management, and in return you don't even get a tap on the back. No career development opportunities as far as I was concerned. Management does not know what is happening under their nose, or prefer to keep a blind eye. It's every man for himself!

      Pros

      Daily lunch is probably the only pro, it was good in the beginning but that has all changed due to change in management. Very disappointing move and quite frankly I am not sure why there is not more background check on qualifications. Positions are simply getting appointed instead of making them available to all with a proper interview process.

      Cons

      Cross department interaction. No career development at all, just empty discussions. No clear structure or guidence, you just get pointed to processes which is not enough. No clear view or at least its not getting communicated properly.

      Pros

      I work for the TraceLink EMEA team in London, part of the Marketing team here. TraceLink provides excellent environment to nurture your growth as a professional, the company is committed to giving you a career and not just a job. I've had a great learning experience, space to experiment with new ideas and technologies, very receptive leadership team who listens/supports the ideas and pays heed to local market insights. I also find it quite technologically sophisticated with a great digital focus. The TraceLink cloud solutions platform is top of the edge and best-in-class suite of apps for Track and Trace, totally uncontested. I am proud to be a part of TraceLink.

      Cons

      It's a dynamic fast-paced environment, sometimes needs you to venture into new areas you haven't explored before, all in all pushes you out of your comfort zone and that's when the real learning begins.
