Where to begin. Management is never around and never available when needed. The few managers that are approachable, when available, are decent people. I have discovered that most of management treats work like high school. Grudges are held on a personal level, cliques are formed and make it impossible for anyone not part of the “in crowd” to advance. Throughout my time here I have been given more and more duties without receiving just compensation, not for my lack of asking. Most people left working here are burnt out and seem to no-longer care. Management is aware and does nothing. If you dare try and speak up you will be put on the naughty list and never have the opportunity for advancement. There has been so much turnover in my 4 years with Trachte that it not only effects morale but quality. Our product has gone down hill as office staff and builders have moved on.

Poor management, no follow-through or commitments to promises. Productivity is not the goal, lip-service and back-scratching is valued above work ethic.
