      Pros

      I have worked for TrackerRMS for almost 10 years and can never see myself anywhere else. I genuinely love working for this Company. The Directors have been incredible to work for and have always encouraged and supported me in such a way that I only want to give 100% in return. They are approachable should you feel you need help and they are extremely driven, which only encourages me further. Targets have always been realistic and I have been rewarded well in my commission structure. I have been lucky enough to progress in my roles and have learnt so much along the way due to the hands on approach from my Directors from day one. I have truly learnt from the best! The team I have worked alongside over the years have been extremely well selected and a pleasure to work with. I have watched the Software go from strength to strength and have total confidence in it when I Demo to Clients. I'm extremely proud to see the success TrackerRMS has had and continues to have.

      Cons

      No Cons for me, although following our huge success in the UK, we expanded to the US and I have one Director here with me and the other has left for the Sunnier climate. Although we have daily catch-ups via Skype, I feel rather envious of the lovely offices and environment of my colleagues!

      Pros

      - Office is located 1 mile from downtown Encinitas. - CEO seems like an awesome person to work for until about 2 weeks later. - The CSM is very nice and helpful. - The software being sold is fairly user friendly and priced okay. - We got a few meals comped by the CEO.

      Cons

      - High turn around rate of sales people. - CEO will send you late emails and tell you what you are doing badly and that you are broken. - Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with CEO and he will ask you " do you feel like being here? if not tell me now" - The CEO will ask you if anyone has talked bad about him. - CEO and other co workers will go on these covert Coffee breaks and talk behind your back. - stress full environment. - CEO will put you in many uncomfortable situations. - Comp plan is Bogus you have to set 32 appts before even being eligible for a bonus. - No, Health care. - You will have to study a 45 page packet and know it by heart!!!!! - Do not take this job!!!!!!!

      Thanks for your review and all the best for the future. It's a shame you felt this badly. The role no longer exists and has changed into a full 360 sales role rather than 100% cold calling.
