      - fairly good money - casual Friday

      Cons

      The management was using other employees to spy on us, my direct manager stole from me, a lot of jealousy from the English team, honestly it's great if you work in HQ, but do not work in England for this company it is not worth it. They would take some employees on dinners and tell them who they thought they would fire in the next six months, they make employees spy on the others. The management has no ethics, no appreciation for work being done, when any other team than the English one gets the biggest bonus they pout like babies. DISGUSTED ME FROM WORKING IN SALES FOREVER!

      We are sad to hear your review. We have made some significant changes with the set-up in the UK since the Sales Associate team was based there and are striving towards encapsulating our culture as strongly in all offices globally, not just HQ.

      Salary and bonus and some nice colleagues

      Cons

      Misleading and dishonest management without any ethics, they pretend to put people first but very quick to let go at earliest opportunity, Coronavirus was maliciously used as excuse to get rid of most Leeds office staff and move jobs to Denmark instead , a very arrogant and bullying CCO, it's only the money that's keeping people there.
