      Pros

      Culture, benefits, leadership, flexibility, and team members. TradePMR walks the walk when it comes to culture. I am very blessed to have found a position here. It is truly a home.

      Cons

      We work in the office 2 days a week and my commute is long but that was something I understood when hired.

      The brand new game room and employee lounge had a leak - hope it gets fixed fast. Know this team, it will :)
