Amazing company with an amazing mission

The company is ever evolving, improving, and growing. Growth comes with certain challenges, though from what I have seen, the mission is front and center and the culture is genuine. It is a great place for people who want to grow and develop without a ton of bureaucracy given the combination of "start up" culture, medium size, ethical core, and strong drive for performance.

Cons

Rapid growth and changing complexity in the business comes with challenges.
