Pros

I liked the people there and even had a good relationship with the management. The company is still small but in the process of growth. You do have to hustle your way to a better position and salary once you're inside. If you have half a brain, you'll have an opportunity to advance faster here than at any bigger company.

Cons

Your hard work and efforts aren't always noticed or rewarded unless you make yourself well known to the big shots in upper management. This is the reason why this company has been a wonderful place for me to work but could have been a dead end job if I sat quietly in the corner, like many others here, and passively waited for recognition.

Growing Company

Pros

I feel like this is a great place to work at. I feel valued and listened to - while receiving constructive feedback. The people I work with are amazing, smart, dedicated and fun to be around. The atmosphere is sometimes stressful, but it's understandable because it's a growing business.

Cons

I don't understand why others are "disgruntled". You get out what you put into it. If you work hard, you get noticed and you get further up in the company. If you slack off constantly, I don't think it should be surprising then when you're asked to leave.

A Step in the Right Direction

Pros

I've been with the company for several years, Transbeam definitely evolved and I don't feel like someone needs to pass away before opportunity arises anymore.Creativity is encouraged and thinking out of the box is rewarded. I actually feel like my opinions matter. You get what you give here. If you want to evolve and you put in the work, it'll happen. Ive shared several issues with management and was pleased to see they weren't ignored, Even if it did take time to be resolved.

Cons

You need to learn on the fly and expectations are high. Processes should be better documented.
