Pros
The product offering is pretty unique and the customer base is growing.
Cons
The company doesn't offer flexible working arrangements (with a minimum requirement of 4 days in the offic.e is the minimum expectation). If you're not in sales or customer success, you won't have any access to the football aspect of the business (i.e., interacting with individuals from clubs, etc.), although it's nice to feel that you work in the football industry (if that's your passion). Salaries are lower than market rate and benefits are virtually non-existent. Many people join, stay for less than a year, and then have to depart due to the high work pressure and stress/anxiety stemming from feeling that you're under performing. It's difficult to describe it as a pleasant work environment. This is why we are constantly hiring (replacing people).
