Pros

The product offering is pretty unique and the customer base is growing.

Cons

The company doesn't offer flexible working arrangements (with a minimum requirement of 4 days in the offic.e is the minimum expectation). If you're not in sales or customer success, you won't have any access to the football aspect of the business (i.e., interacting with individuals from clubs, etc.), although it's nice to feel that you work in the football industry (if that's your passion). Salaries are lower than market rate and benefits are virtually non-existent. Many people join, stay for less than a year, and then have to depart due to the high work pressure and stress/anxiety stemming from feeling that you're under performing. It's difficult to describe it as a pleasant work environment. This is why we are constantly hiring (replacing people).

Pros

.Really good product .Work with big football clubs so is a cool thing to sell

Cons

.Toxic Culture - made me feel like I wasn't wanted at the company and pushed me to resign .Broken Agreements - promised a pay rise after probation and hybrid working, later on denied the pay rise being mentioned and said I had no choice but to work 4 days in the office and I didn't get to pick my day off. Make sure to get everything written in your contract .Poor Salary and Benefits - pay way below the market rate and no benefits included .No clear progression - no plan on how to progress or guidance given

Pros

Great culture and vision Friendly people Fast-paced Working with key decision makers in the football industry Excellent onboarding process

Cons

The company always prioritise face to face time with customers - rightly so. Therefore in my role there is a lot of travelling so if you are not prepared to do this then it may not be the role for you.
