Some decent people work here who can potentially console you because they are exploited as well.
Cons
The Founder and others in Senior Management. They would much rather post fake positive reviews than make changes. Insecure and incompetent people abound here.

Really driven team and an environment that fosters learning. There are multiple opportunities for collaborating with different verticals and diverse stakeholders while also working on really interesting and impactful state wide projects. The organisation is also poised for scale and has several accolades to its name and so it is a really exciting time to be a part of this team.
Cons
You have to be a fast learner and be able to multitask and collaborate to be able to excel here.
