Cons
No Career growth (even though a person worked here for 10 years, he will be in the same position forever) No new things to learn, Developer have to carry their own laptop and softwares require for development, company won't provide any desktop monitor for software development, No Job Security ( nowadays every 2 to 3 months people are fired or terminated with some stupid reason )
