      Pros

      Flexibility in scheduling, sign-on bonus, holiday pay. Other benefits are for full-time employees, opportunity for further advancement. HR (located elsewhere) were professional and thorough during hiring process.

      Cons

      The clients are amazing good human beings that had tremendous amounts of grief about how the place was operated by acting supervisor. Several f/t counselors unhappy with environment, time clock abuse by "floating" resident counselors, supervising counselor exhibited bias. Clients were talked down to or penalized for punitive issues.

      Pros

      Helping clients is the best part of the job.

      Cons

      Some of the units are a complete mess with supervisors who don't do their job and a good amount of staff that don't care. Administration does nothing about this and doesn't take complaints seriously by current/former staff and residents.

      Nothing. No positives. I had to write 5 words here.

      Cons

      Do not work here. Worst job I've ever had. Multiple supervisors. No communication. Always on call. Admin always leaves their office jobs early on Fridays. Good for them. Bad for everyone else out in the field.
