      - Great leadership with a strategic vision - Growth opportunities - Positive employee focused culture - Fast Paced environment with growing list of resources at your fingertips to succeed in your role - Great benefits with a focus on work/ life balance

      Cons

      - harder to learn industry and solution portfolio coming from outside of the supply chain/ logistics industry. Continuous growth minded individual needed for role.
