Pros

Staff are a joy to work with - the environment is really positive and I've made some friends for life here. We recently just had a big celebration for the company's 21st birthday which was amazing. The company has grown a lot since I joined two years ago, yet it's managed to keep a boutique and personable feel. You still get good support and 1-1 sessions with management. In terms of benefits, the holiday allowance and pension contribution is generous, plus we get a yearly bonus. You can't go wrong with free cake day once a month and a drink at the office bar every Friday either!

Cons

The hybrid model isn't very polished. It's a minimum of 3 days in the office (2 set days WFH), so if you take a day of annual leave on an in-office day, you have to sacrifice a work from home day. This was brought in for collaboration, but when you're in the office alone as the rest of your department is WFH it feels redundant in terms of collaboration.

Pros

Incredible Colleagues: Working with the staff here is an absolute delight. The positive environment has allowed me to forge lifelong friendships. Recently, we celebrated the company’s 21st birthday, and it was nothing short of amazing. Balancing Growth and Personal Touch: Despite significant growth over the past two years, our company has maintained a boutique, personable vibe. I appreciate the ongoing support and regular one-on-one sessions with management. Sweet Perks: The benefits package is quite generous. We enjoy ample holiday allowance, a solid pension contribution, and an annual bonus. And let’s not forget the monthly free cake day (yum!) and the Friday office bar tradition. Cheers to that! 🍰🥂

Cons

Hybrid Model Hiccups: While the hybrid work model was introduced for collaboration, it isn’t without its quirks. We’re required to spend a minimum of three days in the office (with two designated WFH days). However, if you take annual leave on an in-office day, you end up sacrificing a precious work-from-home day. Sometimes, when you’re the lone ranger in the office while your department mates are WFH, it feels like collaboration missed the memo.
