We do solicit reviews from our employees because we want their honest feedback on how we are doing and how we can improve. So despite the negative nature of your review, know that we invite our employees to use glassdoor as a forum, for better or for worse. The reviews are 100% anonymous. While you are entitled to your opinion, you are not entitled to publish false claims about us cutting corners or jeopardizing the health of our employees. Employee safety is our first concern. Since the onset of Covid, Merv13 Hepa filters, the highest level that our system allows, were installed and are under contract with our HVAC company. Our maintenance agreement with Aramark changes all water filter regularly and plexiglass dividers have been installed in all offices and our stores. The professional cleaning agency is here 3 to 4 days per week to service an office with only 12 people on-site at a given time and they follow a stringent punch-list. All office employees with pre-existing conditions work 100% from home and no employee works more than 50% on-site in an A/B rotation program and we immediately enforce work from home quarantine for anyone who may have come into contact with Covid. We continue to offer the flexibility necessary to keep our team healthy and safe. After the health crisis slow-down, positive sales trends in our industry and with our company demonstrate our quick path to a strong recovery. But instead of disputing your claims further, I would rather draw attention to our amazing associates who show up, every day, roll up their sleeves and get to work. It is their effort, commitment, and dedication not just to the company and to our customers, but to each other, that speaks volumes.

Cons

-not very friendly -inside office decore seems to be stuck in the 90's -lots of turn over -not much team work -not many chances to move up - Ceo seems to not have much consideration for the employees and to be honest is very cold with everyone.

Pros

Company has potential overall, but has a really long way to go before it can be considered a good place to work. Paid time off starts accruing immediately and is generous for new employees

Cons

Training is a joke. Managers act as if they are trying to pump you up in front of other managers and company owner, but the overall feeling is miserable. You can work your hardest and it either isn't good enough or it is and they load more and more work on top of you until you cannot possibly complete it all to even your personal standards. Turn over is high due to constant negativity and bad working environment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please feel free to contact me directly at work to chat too. As for your concerns about training, while we have steps still to take, we have been making a considerable effort over the past year to improve training. In the past 6 months over 25 staff have gone out to full day Fred Pryor training classes in courses like Excel, Project Management and Skills for a first time supervisor. We are working on an interactive training portal for our Call Center. And are piloting a new "career path" program that incorporates training and certification stages. As for the workload and environment, we do strive very hard to serve our customers and that does require quite a bit of learning and know-how on the part of our staff. For some folks, they thrive in that environment, but we realize that it may not be for everyone and we could do a better job in giving staff the tools to be successful.
