Everything: people, culture, perks, salary, work life balance, management and the work! I'm only sad I didn't join this company sooner! I'm busy but I have the flexibility of managing my own time and other projects. I'm fortunate that I love what I do!

Cons

It's not TD's fault, but the fact that I've barely met anyone face to face. Remote working is a blessing and a curse in many ways
