Pros
You do get to try a lot of good beers and the hourly pay is better than most places in the area
Cons
It can be a toxic working environment with coworkers, and ineffective managers. There’s issues of pretentiousness, and laziness company wide among staff and the managers like to play into the hands of the owners, and pick favorites before taking care of their staff as a whole. Treehouse cares about their money and their guests. While staff get some benefits you could be work upwards of 40 hours a week and still be called “part time.” There is little to no room for upwards mobility within the company. Do not apply for the position called “retail assistant.” They are paid less than the associates and used for most of the grunt labor.
