Pros

Great associates for the most part. Great individual health insurance rates. The pay is at or above the industry standard for most positions

Cons

Family or employee + spouse insurance rates are horrendous. Upper management takes a long time to make decisions as far as pay, etc.

Pros

They are no pro's its just a job at this point

Cons

You will be Micromanaged and you can't get anything approved or changed it all goes through one individual who has no idea what he is doing. There also is no sense of urgency on any level lien releases, billing, delivery, service or availability it takes up to 2 hours just for someone to get back to you about availability there is no way to look up any of those things because the guy who is running the show won't allow. So to get info takes hours and that point the customer has moved on. And we keep screwing up. So we continue to lose customers and are getting a bad reputation. They will promise you the world, but it is a lie. The guy at the top fired 8 people in 2 1/2 weeks with out hiring people to replace first continues to make bad decisions and some of these people had been here for years, Just stay away!

Pros

Family orientated and flexible schedule. Compensation is better than average but men, even in the same position are paid more. No micromanaging really, if you do your job well. Opportunity to advance for men. I repeat this because the owners are from Puerto Rico and women are not valued or equal in this company. Noticed this a few times. They wont even shake your hand. Serious.

Cons

1 email turns into 50 with the owner being cc d on Everything. All day, emails and skype, almost making impossible to get job done. Not enough equipment to fulfill rental contracts. Constantly looking and moving equipment to fill contracts. Product line is not the most reliable equipment. Need to train service techs more thoroughly and provide necessary brand diagnostic tools to speed up down time on rental contracts. Constant management changes and high personnel turnover at all branches. Facilities need to be more professional and updated. Benefits are very high for family cancelling out the higher compensation, no beteavement, or jury duty pay. No EEOC or safety manager for compliance. Lower management is unable to make basic decisions without owners approval. Growing company but the growing pains should he over by now. Work isnt hard, dealing with the processes to conduct business on day to day operations is the complication here. Including moving equipment for branch rental contracts. Causes the customer to go elsewhere for rentals. Be prepared for chaos.
