Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry that you had a bad experience, that certainly wasn't our intent. I would like to address some of your concerns directly, however, as some I believe are without merit.
I'm not aware of any inquiries that have been brought to my department where we have turned around and let your manager know. Anything of serious concern has been dealt with confidentially, and since this is a new plant, I would remember all inquiries.
We just finished peak season, and yes there was a lot of OT. In a manufacturing environment, work/life balance takes a new meaning. For those we depend on to be there every day to produce, it is a requirement. This is common in our industry, and it was even communicated upfront during the interviewing process.
We pay 100% of the employee health insurance, which comes out to about a $400 value, monthly. I'm not sure what you're referring to? Correct, we do not pay out PTO at time of departure, that is a company policy that we stand by.
We do appreciate your feedback, and I would welcome a phone conversation to talk through these issues if you would like. I will reiterate, we don't want to provide a bad experience, that's not who we're.
