      Team is international, so lots of different viewpoints in the team. Fully remote and flexible. Ideas are heard and implemented. People are committed, passionate and willing to get the job done. Strong vision for the future.

      Cons

      There aren’t any - as long as you have the mindset to work in a growing company with fast-paced changes.

      Pros

      The team are talented and given the support they need to succeed by the leadership. Well-funded by great investors. Customers love the product and feed this back regularly, which makes working on the project very inspiring. Benefits and compensation also pretty good for the stage of the company.

      Cons

      If you want long-term job security, there is a higher element of risk in any startup (but this also comes with the chance of great success!)

      The best leadership team that is truly approachable. A lot of thought and care goes into building a great team culture, and an overall positive work environment. The team is very supportive and friendly with lots of passion to build a highly valuable tool!
