Pros
Japanese management style helped in developing teamwork and put a very little pressure on your performance, especially for early career. A relatively high salary and bonuses compared to other companies in Thailand with less working hour is considered as one of the best.
Cons
A very hierarchical organization structure. Poor human resource management. No lay-off policy means the company spends a lot of money for incompetent employees.
