      good start, bad management

      Pros

      Good place to to gain experience and further your hands on skills.

      Cons

      Bad management, micro managing on many aspects. They don’t communicate and you have to keep reminding everyone when you need something. Lots of favoritism in the work place and sometimes for incompetent employees, good luck getting consistent hours. Can be a toxic work environment because they hire really young students to avoid having to pay higher wages and benefits.Huge turnover because of this.

The management appreciates each team member’s contribution to the facility’s success in delivering high-quality, affordable veterinary services. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to work with animals.

      The establishment seems short-staffed, and would do even much better with more team members.
