      Currently there are no pros i can think of for TriMas

      Cons

      No direction, management doesn’t understand business. Budgets set up to fail.

      They start having money probs and give people the boot.

      Remote Hybrid work not a lot of micro managing

      Cons

      They started having money problems and ended travel for everyone sites, conferences etc unless it was absolutely necessary to go to an another site. Soon after that they started laying people off but saying its due to your performance with no prior discussions on the matter before hand.
