      - Freedom, your medicine isn't micromanaged. You are trusted and treated like a professional. - Excellent compensation, CE benefits, and PTO. - Flexible, supportive of your family or healthcare needs - Honest and direct communication. Don't BS you around.

      - Health insurance option isn't the greatest, but not below average.

      Got some experience in kennel

      Cons

      Worked terrible hours, owner "doesn't do raises", treated terribly, no movement upwards even when promised, high turnover, will hire anyone even if a detriment to company

      My experience at Trickum Ridge Animal Hospital was very important to my social development and skills building.

      Pros

      I was a part time employee but I was treated very fairly, I learned a lot, the doctors on staff there are very willing to teach and guide you through things, along with my manager. Has a very welcoming environment, people there are very personable and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Wages could have been a little better, but depends on what you are looking for. leadership was lacking could have been better managed in some departments.
