      Flexible hours and great growth opportunities with minor improvements

      Pros

      Flexible working hours (depending on your team). Only 6 working hours need to be logged officially, even in hybrid mode. Minimal micromanagement with a culture of trust and ownership. Competitive and decent pay. Good variety of projects to work on. Plenty of opportunities to work on POCs and experiment with new technologies. Great learning environment with exposure to modern tools and technologies. Overall, a great place for both professional growth and career development.

      Cons

      No major drawbacks as such. The canteen could be improved in terms of food quality and variety. The company could offer a few more employee benefits and perks. Apart from these minor areas for improvement, the overall work experience is positive.
