Pros
Trigent provided a good platform to gain experience before moving into the client-side permanent role. Better stability, clearer growth path, and improved work experience. Payroll and HR support were smooth, with timely communication and assistance. Smooth transition from Trigent to a permanent client role. Supportive environment during the conversion process.
Cons
There isn’t much to point out as a negative because the overall experience with Trigent was smooth and supportive.
