It is encouraged to take responsibility Freedom in doing side projects and setting your own course Informal culture Loads of events are organized!
Cons
The organization is quite flat and the overall vision and strategy can feel a bit blurry, resulting in Triple doing a lot of different things. But in the end this is also the what makes it really dynamic and keeps it interesting.
