Being able to make your own schedule, get the support to succeed, have all the tools you need to succeed and able to have access to Mike and Noelle, as well as many other top leaders in the organization.

Cons

It takes belief, commitment, courage, focus, poitive attitude, willingness to learn and develop which everyone doesn’t have and unfortunately, it can’t be taught.
