      ok pay. working hours ok

      all things handled by one man, the MD, who have just fixed income knowledge. he handle all work, hiring etc. very rude and always angry. all employees are from other mumbai firm TresVista.

      1. Associates are experienced in financial modeling, due diligence, and creating financial documents. One can really master the art of formatting if they prioritize it. 2. Being a boutique firm, a new hire will be given ample exposure and will see their competency increase overtime. 3. If you wish to break into IB/PE then its a great place to get groomed on your financial literacy. 4. Executive management has plethora of deal making experience and getting to interact with them and learn from them directly only speaks volumes about a close knit team. 5. Be part of a high growth team and enjoy the benefits.

      Cons

      The learning curve can be steep depending on your current level, so no need to fret on going the extra mile. Complain all you can, or get better at what you do. That's all that decides one's future.

      Hybrid nature relaxes the travel issues.

      Cons

      Highly micromanaging senior management. And if you have any plans of preparing for CFA or Masters alongside, FORGET ABOUT IT, incredibly non-compliant towards those. Your entire worklife depends on how you play your cards and not your actual quality of work. Don't wag your tail around the senior management and you're on their hit list.
