Pros

There are very few. They will pretend to throw a lot of money at employees but it is all a lie. The philosophy is to work people to death and in the meantime promise raises and more money as a means to motivate. That is not a way to motivate someone.

Cons

The upper management is horrible. They fire people like it's nothing and have no regard for their employees. The hours are excruciating and they don't value the time put in. Bottom line. They are not good people. The whole business is a shame. Mr. Trivedi talks about getting to the rich clients and us not wasting time with "poor" clients. This is a hoax!!

Compensation is good if you ask for it. I didn't but I split work with someone who made 2-3 times as much as I did

Cons

I have worked with several organizations in my 10 years of working experience but about Trivedi LLC, I feel that working here is a perfect combination of growth and satisfaction. Trivedi LLC recognizes the potential of the employees and assigns the work accordingly. Along with all the modern facilities they also have the ability to understand the feelings and requirements of the employees working with them. I feel privileged to be the part of Trivedi LLC as this gives me complete job satisfaction. I would love to continue my journey with them as long as I work 
