      Pros

      A paycheck. Somewhere to go during the day. Fast paced?

      Cons

      Awful company morale. Only family has any realistic spot in management. Nothing gets purchased. Hire whole new department. I've never seen such a revolving door at such a "family " owned company. Usually that is a pride part about it. If you don't work Saturdays as salary you are looked down upon.

      Great teamwork from employees. Friendly Co workers.

      Cons

      They let employees go without warning or valid reasons far too often. No help from management or engineering. Bad employee morale. No training.
