Everyone was really nice! Good insurance and good pay. Overall had a good experience
Cons
The company was not as diverse as I would have hoped for. In 2025 I just would have expected better. I hope they change that in the coming years as I think it's important especially in the beauty industry.

Cons
Office water cooler gossip. Management is unprofessional. Coworkers snd management talk negatively about each other. No one stays there long, High employee turnover rate. It’s like a revolving glass door. Once in expect not to stay there long. I’m already interviewing on the side.
