Fun industry, awesome CEO, 20% of employees are incredible

Cons

Lack of transparency from upper management, poor communication and employee benefits. The president is all smoke-and-mirrors and the culture that management claims couldn't be further from the one that exists.

- Honestly one of the best companies I have worked for in terms of adopting new technologies and approaching traditional business problems from outside the box - Great benefits - Good pay - Coworkers are lovely to work with - Employees are given as much responsibility as they can handle - Good ideas win no matter who has them - Very little bureaucracy - Good long term vision and strategy - Nice office and work environment - Excellent career opportunities

Cons

- This is a competitive industry, so you have to be willing to work hard - Smallish company with big dreams. Be ready to wear multiple hats
