Interns, although I am not saying you will never get a full time offer after your internship here I will say that the common office opinion is that management is more inclined to keep cycling through low wage interns seasonally through incentivized programs.

*Benefits are not standard between all. Please be aware and negotiate for yourself at all times.
*Company has more of a "pizza party" policy rather than tangible rewards.
*Extremely high turnover.
*CEO & COO are married.
*Huge emphasis on overseas staff - of which is also run by their family overseas.
*Possibility of instability in current political climate due to contracts focusing on the company's Minority & Woman owned status.
