      You can tell everyone you work for Trust wallet

      Cons

      The culture is horrible, definitely the worst I've ever experienced in any company. You have no work life balance and are required to work whenever you are required, which funnily enough is all the time! You are literally a slave to the company. You will either burn out and quit or they will fire you. There's a high turnover of employees for a reason.

      Pros

      Trust wallet is one of the best companies I have worked at during my entire career. The structure if very flat and opportunities to take initiative and prove yourself are available to all. The culture I believe is driven by the CEO who is caring but also strong when needed. People debate ideas and issues loudly, not through anger or malice but passion for the industry the company and our customers. As always the best idea wins not the loudest person, the company is on a mission to find truth and build trust. I can't recommend it highly enough. So many passionate smart people but no egos or toxicity.

      Cons

      People at the company are very passionate and work harder than most, work life balance is a strength, but people are more than happy to invest time and energy in such a strong mission and in such a rewarding company. There is ambiguity and expectations are high. The challenges will grow your resilience and agility, its not for the faint of heart, but its deeply rewarding.
