Working for TulipTech Ltd has been a great experience over last few years.

Pros

The team is young,enthusiastic,creative and hard working. People in the company makes this company great ! A great platform to learn and be exposed to latest technologies and great customers. TulipTech Ltd is also developed their in-house products called LocalNewBusiness and CareApps. Both these products helping new businesses and care industries in the UK.

Cons

Only drawback for resouces outside of UK is, they ask you to work during UK or European time zone. So if you are in Bangladesh or in India, the timing becomes a bit difficult. The company knows it ,and tries to compensate.
