1. WORST MANAGERS: They will blame you for every sort of failure in front of CEO. 2. They have 2 managers one is H and another one M. H is somewhat experienced and knows to manage a team but M. I don't know why he is there. He does not hold any experience or specialization. He also knows politics and that's what he does best. 3.PATHETIC HR: They don't value the agreement they have brought to you. 4. BANKRUPT COMPANY: They will fight for a single penny with you. They only exploit the innocent interns. 5. I know my senior who was forced to leave the company as they changed the WFH policy abruptly and he refused to accept that. He did not even get the laptop shipping charges he paid from his pocket. 6. NO DIVERSITY: I mean none at all. Every one is from Gujarat. 7.BLAME GAME: Too many blame games happening around. Whenever there is a failure every team start blaming each other. 8. UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE: You won't be trusted no matter how much you put your efforts. You are not even allowed to use your phone. 9.
