Pros

Innovative, agile workplace with various learning and development opportunities. One of the best company to specialise in technology. Benefit system is one of the best in Turkey with various options.

Cons

The company culture and profile of employees began to differentiate as a consequence of change in the board and top management. Work-life balance is not considered enough. Although, it is easy to provide technological solutions for flexible working models, the company does not support it . Part-time working model has problems to tackle.
