      The Tide Is Turning

      Pros

      The new CEO has a much clearer vision and has turned the company around in terms of strategy, being much more sales focussed. The previous CEO and Interim CEO were quite frankly terrible both having a complete lack of business understanding and experience. Sales are increasing and the company is working with some very strong prospects for inverters and motors. 2026 and 2027 are pivotal to the company exploding in growth.

      Cons

      Constantly switching priorities, rolling over for customers that aren't taking product, decisions made in isolation.

      Pros

      Company has gone through a lot of changes yes and still in transition to some respect, but if you've a positive mindset this means there's a lot of impact and difference you can make, I've learned so much already and the team are welcoming, supporting and the onboarding is excellent, Got up to speed quickly and there's a lot of big growth plans

      Cons

      It's fast paced so if you prefer a slower path to progress might not be the place for you! Some processes still being ironed out but that's inevitable of a company growing
