      Free Hot drinks, that's about it

      Cons

      Old broken CNC machines, NEVER REPAIRED PROPERLY. Blame workers for the fact they are broken. Staff kicking machines whilst operating!! Never got given correct uniform for the job. Nothing is ever organised, tools left on floor, in wrong locations.

      office chairs were fantastic! Work was exciting Good people to work with (not for)

      Conscious company has created a cult like environment. You do not realize how oppressive the atmosphere is till you are actually removed from it. Not that you are really "oppressed", but if it is not a TBS tool it is considered garbage.
